Pricing is very difficult to determine without an inspection, because every home and rodent infestation is unique. We price based on the features of your home, its square footage, the severity of the infestation, whether you have a tight crawl space or a large open attic, the landscaping around the home (which affects how easily we can reach entry points), the steepness of the roof (which affects how long the work takes), and whether our crew needs to harness in.

Each client receives an itemized list showing everything they’re being charged for and what each item costs. Since we can’t provide accurate pricing over the phone, we offer free inspections and estimates.

For a basic exclusion, the primary materials we use are galvanized sheet metal (also known as flashing), ½″ or ¼″ 19-gauge galvanized hardware cloth, and clear or white silicone and/or Liquid Nails.
