Critter Stop will only provide these services at the address originally listed on the service agreement. Critter stop will choose the method best suited to best address the client’s needs. This may include any of our approved methods of trapping, sealing, and sanitizing.
Critter Stop will perform all work agreed upon on the original service ticket.
Critter Stop is not held responsible for any past, present, or future damages to the interior or exterior of the structure serviced caused by rodents entering the structure. This includes but is not limited to: damage to roofs, HVAC components, or furniture.
Critter Stop will not be held responsible for removing any dead animals that are not in traps set by Critter Stop, only if poison is or ever was used on the interior or exterior of the home. Additional fees may apply if a client would like the dead animal(s)found and removed.
Critter Stop may not remove feces left in the attic on Core Jobs, unless otherwise stated on the original service agreement.
IN NO EVENT WILL CRITTER STOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Critter Stop does not warranty against rodents that re-enter the structure due to acts of god including but not limited to wind, rain, snow, or hail.
Critter Stop does not warranty against rodent(s) re-entry into the structure resulting from neglected home maintenance and normal upkeep that the home owner of the structure is responsible for.
Critter Stop only warranties work completed by a Critter Stop employee.
Critter Stop is not held accountable in any way, shape, or form to replace or remove any insulation decontaminated due to rodent re-entering the home. Critter Stop will remove the animals, seal all new points of entry, and re-fog the home.
Failure to pay Critter Stop in full will result in your homes warranty or guarantee to be voided.
