Phillip and Dustin came by and were extremely professional on time and very communicative, walked me through everything they even went out of their way and fortified a screw holding up the clothes rack in the closet. Highly recommend.

The lady that stopped by to do the pest control put a glue critter/ mouse trap under my Baby’s crib and she reached out to it ( I didn’t know) and touched it!! Who in the world does that!!

After hearing rats in my attic, I called Critter Stop and was thoroughly impressed. They answered even at 9pm! I got on the schedule, the estimator knew exactly what was going on and where they were getting in. The guys that came out made the work hardly noticeable, getting our exact paint. They also had cameras in the attic and would give us updates on what they were seeing. Very impressive service.

I called Critter Stop for pest control after noticing ants and a few spiders in the kitchen. From the first phone call, the team was professional, responsive, and explained everything clearly. The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He also checked the attic and was able to see we had rats in the attic in the past but it was old.

Rickie Rose is A for AMAZING and AWESOME!! He’s polite and easy to work with. He keeps the bugs out and makes sure to address all my concerns. He put baits down for field mice, traps for German roaches and setup an inspection with animal control to make sure raccoons or squirrels aren’t hiding out in my attic. Yesterday Tyler and Zack came and walked through thoroughly the tasks and work that they will be performing. They installed and sealed all the gaps outside the house and put traps in attic and also one camera in the the attic to monitor the mics/rats movement if any.
They did a great job and satisfied with the work that did.

Ricky from critterstop is always pleasant, helpful, courteous and compassionate about stopping pests from getting in our home. He’s very thorough and goes the extra mile to keep roaches, spiders, and critters out of our home. We have issues with hornets and wasps building nests in garage and hives outside front door. We used to have real Halloween decorations year-round. Thanks to Ricky and critterstop we no longer worry, and put out fake decor only on Halloween😜.

I found the inspection and detailed explanation of what I needed to have done exceptional. I had been provided with 3 estimates by Terminix, and each one was more expensive than the one before. Also, the photographs that were provided to me and the explanation of what services they were going to provide were clear, informative and succinct. I agreed to the contract on site which I never do. Aaron who treated my home was a nice young man that spent hours securing my house. I was very pleased with his service and his tour of my home with me showing me what he completed. I'm very happy.

Adrian was absolutely a wonderful gentleman to work with from the first visit to the last. He is friendly, competent and helpful. He explained the process Critter Stop uses to stop the mice (in our case), and how the trap check visits work, and the guarantee and future visit procedures should the need arise. It is hard to describe the attitude of a service person in your home, but Adrian is very pleasant to work with, a helper who joined him twice was also very pleasant, all smiles and great attitudes!! We enjoyed meeting them both and we enjoyed visiting with them each visit. We are glad the job is complete and hope we never go through mice AGAIN, however, Adrian turned an awful experience into a rewarding solution with great service. Thank you Adrian and Alex, (I think)! Absolutely great service! Filled out form on Wednesday evening for free quote; received a text about 20 minutes later and had option for an appointment next day (needed to have a wasp nest removed that was about 50' up from sidewalk). Set appointment for Saturday, received text that technician would be there in 20 minutes - and they arrived exactly at that time. Cynthia did a thorough job, even sweeping some of the other eaves and knocking down a mud dabber nest I hadn't seen.

We had a great experience with Critter Stop. We had a critter get stuck between levels of the house and ultimately die in our walls. Jordan came out and did a free inspection. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We knew right away this was the company to go with. He told us about the next steps and left us with some ozone fans to help with the smell. The first technician that came out, Bryan B., was just as great. He inspected every inch of our property to patch up any areas where critters could get in. Set up some traps and made sure we had no questions or concerns. The second technician, Aaron M., that came out to complete our treatment plan was wonderful too. Each of them gave a text to give heads-up of expected arrival time and advise of their name so we knew who to expect and exactly when. They were so professional and courteous, ensuring all questions were answered. The communication from the admin side was great as well. We were super impressed with the overall service, each employee interaction, and how everything was handled. It is nice to know that a company is still out there that truly prides themselves on delivering great service. We highly recommend Critter Stop.

Oklahoma City area - Adrian at Critter Stop is the best! Adrian is very knowledgeable about the “critters.” They have a free inspection and we took advantage of that offer. We are so glad we did. Adrian quickly assessed the situation and advised us that we probably had a racoon; possibly multiple raccoons. Cameras were setup and we saw that we did have two of them - a mama and a baby.
We caught the baby the first night, and the second night, we caught the mama. Both of them were caught within 28 hours. The baby was quiet. The mama was very aggressive and we are grateful that Adrian was there to remove it. Critter Stop showed up when they said they would and they did what we hired them to do. They even relocated the critters to a safe, authorized, and approved area. They are the best. We would definitely hire them again if needed (hopefully we will not need to). Adrian was always professional and polite – providing stellar customer service. He was courteous, prompt, and always showed up when he said he would. He answered all of our questions and we feel Critter Stop went above and beyond. Thank you Adrian. It was a pleasure working with you and Critter Stop!

I would hire Critter Stop again. This team is very knowledgeable and professional. We’ve been very happy with their service. They come when they say they are going to come, and do what they say they are going to do. Brant has been great! Literally 2 minutes after he dosed the attic with their raccoon extractor, their camera recorded a raccoon leaving. Brant hadn’t even backed out of the driveway yet! Hard to have better & faster results than that!

My husband, a retired Marine, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan and his team which consisted of Christian, Vincent, Elliot, and Kyle from Critter Stop and we cannot recommend Jordan and his team highly enough! Well I can see why these guys have five starts. They got in quickly and got rid of our problem with precision.

One note: for exclusion they put up metal sheeting and if there are holes in visible areas it doesn’t look the best. I asked them to paint one of the uglier pieces. As expected these guys are pest control, not painters- that’s okay, just know what to expect!

Christian, Aaron H. and Aaron M. all worked on my house today, sealing all the cracks and holes so critters can’t get in. Critter Stop has done a FANTASTIC job! First, Jordan came out to look things over. He gave multiple options & was very thorough in his explanation. Next, Christian, Adrian, and Aaron came to set traps, seal holes, etc. They were working at our house ALL DAY to make sure everything was completed and done properly. All of the guys were extremely hardworking & professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRITTER STOP!!! (Before picture of squirrel. :) After picture…one way door…allows squirrels to get out, but not back in!)

First of all no one wants a rodent problem. Ours is in the attic. We called Critter Stop. Jordan came initially to inspect the situation. On time and very courteous. After an extensive examination inside and out he offered solutions without trying to sell us something we don’t need.

Yesterday Christian and Jacob came for phase one. They set up traps and camera in attic, covered entry areas outside, and sprayed the perimeter. They were excellent in doing all. After working all day they explained what to expect and answered all my questions.

So far I couldn’t be more pleased. A few phases to come with the final one replacing my insulation.

I will post then. So far I have no complaints.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Critter Stop, a service dedicated to sealing my house from critters. From the start, I was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism.

Jordan came out to inspect my home and was incredibly thorough. He identified multiple entry points that four other companies had overlooked, patiently listened to my past experiences, and made a detailed list of the issues he found while explaining everything clearly.

Phillip, who performed the sealing work, displayed exceptional attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving. His efficiency was remarkable; he accomplished more in one day than other companies had done in previous visits. Phillip not only sealed the entry points but also tackled some areas that had gone unnoticed by prior contractors. He spent the entire day ensuring every potential entry point was secured and left the work area cleaner than he found it.

I truly appreciated the high quality of work, honesty, and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Critter Stop to anyone in need of pest sealing services. A big thank you to Jordan and Phillip for a job well done!

I’d give a 10 star review if I could! We had a great experience with Critter Stop. Everyone I dealt was friendly, professional, and reassuring. Phillip was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He walked me around the entire house to make sure I saw and understood the services he provided. He was also really nice and answered all my questions — he is exactly the type of person that should be interacting with customers.

I love the fact that they will come back for up to 1 year after installation if any problems occur — this shows me they stand behind their work.

The owner was great too, he personally came to my house and walked me through their offering. I recommend critter stop to anyone and everyone!

Chisam, the owner, did a great job of explaining the process to get the squirrels out of my attic during the initial free estimate. The exclusion crew who did all of the initial work was fabulous. The crew consisted of Phillip, Nick and Corey who arrived promptly when they said they would. They are happy, positive employees. Everyone is very polite and patient in explaining their work and answering questions. They came back several times to check the traps and finish it off with the fogging. Lester was very good about following up to schedule each trap check with me, and the office staff who took care of the billing was very efficient. Critter Stop is a well run company with honest, trustworthy employees! Thank you to all of you who worked hard to make my attic critter free and for the peace of mind that you guarantee your work. Adrian is very polite and he explained how to handle the rodent situation in my house. He set traps in the attic and crawl space. Adrian would check the traps every week. He would call or text message me and give me the day and time to check out the traps. He is very flexible with the scheduling for checking the traps. He did a fantastic job. Adrian made sure that all the entry points were sealed on the outside of the house and also inside the house. He would ask me if I heard any activity inside the walls. I would tell him where I would here the activity and he would go all around the house and roof to make sure that all the entry points are sealed. A few weeks ago, we heard scratching within one of our walls and called Critter Stop. Adrian and Alex came out, listened to our concerns and did a detailed investigation. It was found that mice had made it into the walls and attic, through some spaces in the bricks. They took care of our mice problem by targeting exterior entry points and setting traps in the attic. They also helped humanely remove a birds nest.

New to Critter Stop. Needed dead skunk removed from under house. Could not find a service OKC to remove and prevent. Very satisfied with work Adrian competed to keep rodents out of attic and under house. An evaluation was completed first, along with pictures showing problem areas, followed by detailed plan to resolve issues. Adrian came back the following week to do the work and setup camera in the attic. After he finished his work he took me on a walk around to show me his work and answer my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will return in two weeks for a follow up inspection of the property.

Sorry for the delay.
When we called to set up an appointment, Critter Stop was quick to respond and set up a time. Adrian arrived on time for the appointment. He showed me exactly where there were opening for the squirrels to enter. He checked the attic for any activity and did not see anything suspicious in the attic. Adrian covered the problem areas and even set up a camera to see if squirrels were coming or going. We were able to see one squirrel try to gain access at one area of concern. After the squirrels were gone a pheromone spray was used to remove any scent remaining from the squirrels. Adrain also matched the paint of the house to paint where he covered the areas. We are totally happy with the service and the 3 year guarantee is a nice bonus. I would recommend Critter Stop to my family and friends. Thank you for your service.

We had a problem with mice infestation. CritterStop inspected the outside and the inside of our house, including the attics, and stopped up all the holes and provided pictures of where the holes were. They returned 4 times until they made sure there were no further signs of mice. They were polite and professional and did an excellent job. We had an issue on an exterior finish that I thought did not look right. Jacob at Critter Stop helped us get a family of raccoons out of our attic. He sealed off all but one access point, then set up motion sensitive cameras to figure out who had invaded our space. Once he saw the raccoons on camera, he set out pheromones, and the mommy raccoon swiftly got her babies/ teenagers out. He then sealed up that last vent with an industrial level cover that hopefully they can't get through again. Raccoons are adorable, but not when they are having a party above our bedroom! After the critters got out, Jacob came back and disinfected the attic. Jacob communicated well and answered questions quickly. Having the cameras really helped with the process. I'm hoping we don't have trouble in the future, but if we do, we will certainly call Critter Stop again.
