Frisco Squirrel Removal

We understand that the presence of squirrels in your home, especially in attics and walls, can be distressing, not to mention the potential health risks involved. Read on to discover how our expert team can assist you.

Squirrels, with their playful antics and bushy tails, may seem harmless in natural settings, but when they invade our homes, the story changes. Finding these creatures in attics or walls can lead to sleepless nights, driven by their persistent noise and anxiety over potential damage.

But it's not just about the nuisance they cause. Squirrels can pose genuine health threats. Their droppings, urine, and nesting materials can be sources of allergens and harmful pathogens.

Plus, they might chew through electrical wires, risking fires or power outages. At Critter Stop, we recognize the gravity of these issues and the stress homeowners feel. Our team, equipped with knowledge and advanced removal techniques, is dedicated to helping you regain the peace and safety of your home.

Whether you're dealing with a full-blown infestation or just a lone squirrel, our commitment remains unchanged: swift, effective, and humane solutions. So, if squirrels have turned your home into theirs, trust in our expertise in removing wildlife to set things right.

Problems Caused by Squirrels:

  1. Property Damage: Squirrels, with their sharp teeth, can chew through a variety of materials, including wood, insulation, and wiring. Such actions can lead to structural weakening inside your house, electrical outages, or even potential fire hazards due to gnawed electrical wires.
  2. Noise Disruption: Their constant movements, especially during dawn and dusk, result in scratching, gnawing, and scurrying sounds. This can disturb the peace of your household, making areas like attics and walls sound like they're bustling with activity.
  3. Health Risks: Squirrels leave behind urine, feces, and nest remnants. These not only produce an unpleasant odor but can also become a breeding ground for bacteria and mold, posing respiratory and other health concerns.
  4. Attraction of Predators: The presence of squirrels might attract larger predators to your property, leading to an even more complex pest problem.
  5. Plant and Food Damage: If squirrels gain access to your pantry or kitchen, they can contaminate food supplies. Outside, they may dig up gardens, feast on bird feeders, or chew on plants, causing significant damage to your home's green spaces.

At Critter Stop, our squirrel removal service in Frisco is designed with the safety of both the animals and our customers in mind. Here's a brief overview of our process:

  1. Free Inspection: We begin with a complimentary in-home assessment tailored to identify your unique pest challenges. Our experts meticulously inspect both the interior and exterior of your home, looking for damage, signs of animal intrusion, nests, droppings, and more. After evaluating the extent of the issue, we collaborate with you to draft a comprehensive action plan.
  2. Seal Your Home: Protection starts with prevention. Our dedicated exclusion team methodically seals potential entry points, from rooftop to foundation, ensuring no new critters find their way in. Concurrently, we strategically place traps in regions exhibiting clear signs of animal presence.
  3.  Remove The Critters: Our commitment to monitoring sets us apart. Throughout the trapping phase, our technicians make regular visits to your property. If equipped with game cameras, we'll jointly assess footage to gauge pest activity. Ensuring a trap's effectiveness, we promptly clear and reset it, while continually inspecting our seal work to deter any further breaches.
  4. Repair, Restore & Sanitize: Our responsibility extends beyond mere removal. We prioritize the restoration of affected zones, and replacing any damaged insulation. To fortify your home's defense, we implement a disinfecting fog treatment, eliminating residual animal pheromones that might lure future pests.

I’d give a 10 star review if I could! We had a great experience with Critter Stop. Everyone I dealt was friendly, professional, and reassuring. Phillip was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He walked me around the entire house to make sure I saw and understood the services he provided. He was also really nice and answered all my questions — he is exactly the type of person that should be interacting with customers.I love the fact that they will come back for up to 1 year after installation if any problems occur — this shows me they stand behind their work. The owner was great too, he personally came to my house and walked me through their offering. I recommend critter stop to anyone and everyone!

Critter Stop is a fantastic business! Everyone involved is extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. Chisam, the owner, did a great job of explaining the process to get the squirrels out of my attic during the initial free estimate. The exclusion crew who did all of the initial work was fabulous. The crew consisted of Phillip, Nick and Corey who arrived promptly when they said they would. They are happy, positive employees. Everyone is very polite and patient in explaining their work and answering questions. They came back several times to check the traps and finish it off with the fogging. Lester was very good about following up to schedule each trap check with me, and the office staff who took care of the billing was very efficient. Critter Stop is a well run company with honest, trustworthy employees! Thank you to all of you who worked hard to make my attic critter free and for the peace of mind that you guarantee your work. Great to know I can call them if for some reason a squirrel figures out a way to get back in!
