We had a great experience with Critter Stop. We had a critter get stuck between levels of the house and ultimately die in our walls. Jordan came out and did a free inspection. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We knew right away this was the company to go with. He told us about the next steps and left us with some ozone fans to help with the smell. The first technician that came out, Bryan B., was just as great. He inspected every inch of our property to patch up any areas where critters could get in. Set up some traps and made sure we had no questions or concerns. The second technician, Aaron M., that came out to complete our treatment plan was wonderful too. Each of them gave a text to give heads-up of expected arrival time and advise of their name so we knew who to expect and exactly when. They were so professional and courteous, ensuring all questions were answered. The communication from the admin side was great as well. We were super impressed with the overall service, each employee interaction, and how everything was handled. It is nice to know that a company is still out there that truly prides themselves on delivering great service. We highly recommend Critter Stop.

Oklahoma City area - Adrian at Critter Stop is the best! Adrian is very knowledgeable about the “critters.” They have a free inspection and we took advantage of that offer. We are so glad we did. Adrian quickly assessed the situation and advised us that we probably had a racoon; possibly multiple raccoons. Cameras were setup and we saw that we did have two of them - a mama and a baby.
We caught the baby the first night, and the second night, we caught the mama. Both of them were caught within 28 hours. The baby was quiet. The mama was very aggressive and we are grateful that Adrian was there to remove it. Critter Stop showed up when they said they would and they did what we hired them to do. They even relocated the critters to a safe, authorized, and approved area. They are the best. We would definitely hire them again if needed (hopefully we will not need to). Adrian was always professional and polite – providing stellar customer service. He was courteous, prompt, and always showed up when he said he would. He answered all of our questions and we feel Critter Stop went above and beyond. Thank you Adrian. It was a pleasure working with you and Critter Stop!

Brant has been great! Literally 2 minutes after he dosed the attic with their raccoon extractor, their camera recorded a raccoon leaving. Brant hadn’t even backed out of the driveway yet! Hard to have better & faster results than that!

My husband, a retired Marine, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan and his team which consisted of Christian, Vincent, Elliot, and Kyle from Critter Stop and we cannot recommend Jordan and his team highly enough! We had raccoons and a few rats/mice making themselves at home in our attic, and it was a source of great stress for our family. Jordan took the time to listen to our concerns and walked us through the entire process, explaining every step along the way. What truly impressed me was the thoroughness of all the workers. They meticulously assessed the situation, identifying potential entry points and ensuring that every aspect of the problem was addressed. It was evident that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing long-lasting solutions.
Thanks to Jordan's expertise and dedication, we can now enjoy our home without the worry of unwanted guests. Their professionalism and care set them apart, and I am so grateful for their help.
Well I can see why these guys have five starts. They got in quickly and got rid of our problem with precision.
One note: for exclusion they put up metal sheeting and if there are holes in visible areas it doesn’t look the best. I asked them to paint one of the uglier pieces. As expected these guys are pest control, not painters- that’s okay, just know what to expect!

Jacob and Tyler did a fantastic job today with my house, sealing up any gaps or crevices they could find. They were professional and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. They were even kind enough to secure my gutter where they saw it sagging! I would certainly recommend them.

They were polite, very friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Previously the project manager, Jordan was out and was very detailed and informative. Critter Stop has done a FANTASTIC job! First, Jordan came out to look things over. He gave multiple options & was very thorough in his explanation. Next, Christian, Adrian, and Aaron came to set traps, seal holes, etc. They were working at our house ALL DAY to make sure everything was completed and done properly. All of the guys were extremely hardworking & professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRITTER STOP!!! (Before picture of squirrel. :) After picture…one way door…allows squirrels to get out, but not back in!)
First of all no one wants a rodent problem. Ours is in the attic. We called Critter Stop. Jordan came initially to inspect the situation. On time and very courteous. After an extensive examination inside and out he offered solutions without trying to sell us something we don’t need.
Yesterday Christian and Jacob came for phase one. They set up traps and camera in attic, covered entry areas outside, and sprayed the perimeter. They were excellent in doing all. After working all day they explained what to expect and answered all my questions.
So far I couldn’t be more pleased. A few phases to come with the final one replacing my insulation.

Jordan came out to inspect my home and was incredibly thorough. He identified multiple entry points that four other companies had overlooked, patiently listened to my past experiences, and made a detailed list of the issues he found while explaining everything clearly.
Phillip, who performed the sealing work, displayed exceptional attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving. His efficiency was remarkable; he accomplished more in one day than other companies had done in previous visits. Phillip not only sealed the entry points but also tackled some areas that had gone unnoticed by prior contractors. He spent the entire day ensuring every potential entry point was secured and left the work area cleaner than he found it.

Phillip was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He walked me around the entire house to make sure I saw and understood the services he provided. He was also really nice and answered all my questions — he is exactly the type of person that should be interacting with customers.
I love the fact that they will come back for up to 1 year after installation if any problems occur — this shows me they stand behind their work.

Critter Stop is a fantastic business! Everyone involved is extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. Chisam, the owner, did a great job of explaining the process to get the squirrels out of my attic during the initial free estimate. The exclusion crew who did all of the initial work was fabulous. The crew consisted of Phillip, Nick and Corey who arrived promptly when they said they would. They are happy, positive employees. Everyone is very polite and patient in explaining their work and answering questions. They came back several times to check the traps and finish it off with the fogging. Lester was very good about following up to schedule each trap check with me, and the office staff who took care of the billing was very efficient. Critter Stop is a well run company with honest, trustworthy employees! Thank you to all of you who worked hard to make my attic critter free and for the peace of mind that you guarantee your work. Great to know I can call them if for some reason a squirrel figures out a way to get back in!
