Jacob and Teddy were wonderful. The work they do is challenging and dangerous.They did a great job on plugging the holes where mice had dug into the various areas in my home. Jacob and Tyler did a fantastic job today with my house, sealing up any gaps or crevices they could find. They were professional and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. They were even kind enough to secure my gutter where they saw it sagging! I would certainly recommend them.
Christian, Aaron H. and Aaron M. all worked on my house today, sealing all the cracks and holes so critters can’t get in. They were polite, very friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Previously the project manager, Jordan was out and was very detailed and informative.I would definitely recommend Critter Stop. There is still a little more work/maintenance that needs to be done so hopefully the professionalism and attention to detail will be continued. I will gladly continue my reviews as the project continues
Critter Stop has done a FANTASTIC job! First, Jordan came out to look things over. He gave multiple options & was very thorough in his explanation. Next, Christian, Adrian, and Aaron came to set traps, seal holes, etc. They were working at our house ALL DAY to make sure everything was completed and done properly. All of the guys were extremely hardworking & professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRITTER STOP!!! (Before picture of squirrel. :) After picture…one way door…allows squirrels to get out, but not back in!)
First of all no one wants a rodent problem. Ours is in the attic. We called Critter Stop. Jordan came initially to inspect the situation. On time and very courteous. After an extensive examination inside and out he offered solutions without trying to sell us something we don’t need.Yesterday Christian and Jacob came for phase one. They set up traps and camera in attic, covered entry areas outside, and sprayed the perimeter. They were excellent in doing all. After working all day they explained what to expect and answered all my questions.So far I couldn’t be more pleased. A few phases to come with the final one replacing my insulation.I will post then. So far I have no complaints.Thank you Critter Stop.

He identified multiple entry points that four other companies had overlooked, patiently listened to my past experiences, and made a detailed list of the issues he found while explaining everything clearly.Phillip, who performed the sealing work, displayed exceptional attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving. His efficiency was remarkable; he accomplished more in one day than other companies had done in previous visits. Phillip not only sealed the entry points but also tackled some areas that had gone unnoticed by prior contractors. He spent the entire day ensuring every potential entry point was secured and left the work area cleaner than he found it.I truly appreciated the high quality of work, honesty, and competitive pricing. I’d give a 10 star review if I could! We had a great experience with Critter Stop. Everyone I dealt was friendly, professional, and reassuring. Phillip was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He walked me around the entire house to make sure I saw and understood the services he provided. He was also really nice and answered all my questions — he is exactly the type of person that should be interacting with customers.I love the fact that they will come back for up to 1 year after installation if any problems occur — this shows me they stand behind their work.The owner was great too, he personally came to my house and walked me through their offering. I recommend critter stop to anyone and everyone!
Critter Stop is a fantastic business! Everyone involved is extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. Chisam, the owner, did a great job of explaining the process to get the squirrels out of my attic during the initial free estimate. The exclusion crew who did all of the initial work was fabulous. The crew consisted of Phillip, Nick and Corey who arrived promptly when they said they would. They are happy, positive employees. Everyone is very polite and patient in explaining their work and answering questions. They came back several times to check the traps and finish it off with the fogging. Lester was very good about following up to schedule each trap check with me, and the office staff who took care of the billing was very efficient. Critter Stop is a well run company with honest, trustworthy employees! Thank you to all of you who worked hard to make my attic critter free and for the peace of mind that you guarantee your work. Great to know I can call them if for some reason a squirrel figures out a way to get back in!

The guys at Critter Stop responded quickly, were very friendly, and gave us an honest estimate of what we might need. They explained why some items on other quotes were or were not necessary.
