The company did a fantastic job on several occasions totally professional and showed up last minute to collect a bunch of skunks living under my house.

We contacted Critter Stop because we had squirls running and taking over our attic, they were very noisy and were chewing up cables to our video systems and other wiring. They came quickly and assessed the problem and proceeded to cover or plug up any and every entry way that was allowing them to get in. It took a bit but they never gave up and finally got the issue resolved. They all were very professional and courteous and always let us know and showed us the work they did and where they were covering up all the entry ways. It is so nice and quiet in our attic now its's just great.

We heard noises in our attic back in November. Immediately called someone to come check it out. They arrived the same week I called and they showed me that we had rats and a possum living in our attic. Screaming crying throwing up 😩. Literally worst nightmare. They explained to me how they were going to get rid of them and they showed me the parts of the house they were going to patch up since those nasty lil rats chewed their way in. I’m so impressed with how much they stayed in communication the entire time with us. They managed to get the possum AND rats out of our attic. Oh but wait, one problem solved and ofc another one pops up. I have ants and wasps in the house now?! I keep catching straight L’s 😪. I noticed that critter stop had a monthly and quarterly service for the rat issue AND the pest issue. Immediately booked those both. Now they come out quarterly and monthly for both pest control services. Have not had an issue in the house since hiring them. I do feel like I need to mention Megan. Megan is an absolute GEM. Sorry I forget everyone else’s names, but Megan- 10/10. I’d give her 10 stars on here if I could. Very knowledgeable and she’s also really cool to talk to. Pay her double whatever she’s getting paid. 💅🏻 She answers all your questions and she eased my anxiety about our unwanted pests in the house. I will be continuing to use their services.

After hearing rats in my attic, I called Critter Stop and was thoroughly impressed. They answered even at 9pm! I got on the schedule, the estimator knew exactly what was going on and where they were getting in. The guys that came out made the work hardly noticeable, getting our exact paint. Yesterday Tyler and Zack came and walked through thoroughly the tasks and work that they will be performing. They installed and sealed all the gaps outside the house and put traps in attic and also one camera in the the attic to monitor the mics/rats movement if any.

Ricky from critterstop is always pleasant, helpful, courteous and compassionate about stopping pests from getting in our home. I found the inspection and detailed explanation of what I needed to have done exceptional. I had been provided with 3 estimates by Terminix, and each one was more expensive than the one before. Also, the photographs that were provided to me and the explanation of what services they were going to provide were clear, informative and succinct. I agreed to the contract on site which I never do. Aaron who treated my home was a nice young man that spent hours securing my house. I was very pleased with his service and his tour of my home with me showing me what he completed. I'm very happy.

Adrian was absolutely a wonderful gentleman to work with from the first visit to the last. He is friendly, competent and helpful. He explained the process Critter Stop uses to stop the mice (in our case), and how the trap check visits work, and the guarantee and future visit procedures should the need arise. It is hard to describe the attitude of a service person in your home, but Adrian is very pleasant to work with, a helper who joined him twice was also very pleasant, all smiles and great attitudes!! We enjoyed meeting them both and we enjoyed visiting with them each visit. Absolutely great service! Filled out form on Wednesday evening for free quote; received a text about 20 minutes later and had option for an appointment next day (needed to have a wasp nest removed that was about 50' up from sidewalk). Set appointment for Saturday, received text that technician would be there in 20 minutes - and they arrived exactly at that time. Cynthia did a thorough job, even sweeping some of the other eaves and knocking down a mud dabber nest I hadn't seen.

We had a great experience with Critter Stop. We had a critter get stuck between levels of the house and ultimately die in our walls. Jordan came out and did a free inspection. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We knew right away this was the company to go with. He told us about the next steps and left us with some ozone fans to help with the smell. The first technician that came out, Bryan B., was just as great. He inspected every inch of our property to patch up any areas where critters could get in. Set up some traps and made sure we had no questions or concerns. The second technician, Aaron M., that came out to complete our treatment plan was wonderful too. Each of them gave a text to give heads-up of expected arrival time and advise of their name so we knew who to expect and exactly when. They were so professional and courteous, ensuring all questions were answered. The communication from the admin side was great as well. We were super impressed with the overall service, each employee interaction, and how everything was handled. It is nice to know that a company is still out there that truly prides themselves on delivering great service. We highly recommend Critter Stop.

Oklahoma City area - Adrian at Critter Stop is the best! Adrian is very knowledgeable about the “critters.” They have a free inspection and we took advantage of that offer. We are so glad we did. Adrian quickly assessed the situation and advised us that we probably had a racoon; possibly multiple raccoons. Cameras were setup and we saw that we did have two of them - a mama and a baby.
We caught the baby the first night, and the second night, we caught the mama. Both of them were caught within 28 hours. The baby was quiet. The mama was very aggressive and we are grateful that Adrian was there to remove it. Critter Stop showed up when they said they would and they did what we hired them to do. They even relocated the critters to a safe, authorized, and approved area. They are the best. We would definitely hire them again if needed (hopefully we will not need to). Adrian was always professional and polite – providing stellar customer service. He was courteous, prompt, and always showed up when he said he would. He answered all of our questions and we feel Critter Stop went above and beyond. Thank you Adrian. It was a pleasure working with you and Critter Stop!

Well I can see why these guys have five starts. They got in quickly and got rid of our problem with precision.

One note: for exclusion they put up metal sheeting and if there are holes in visible areas it doesn’t look the best. I asked them to paint one of the uglier pieces. As expected these guys are pest control, not painters- that’s okay, just know what to expect!

Critter Stop has done a FANTASTIC job! First, Jordan came out to look things over. He gave multiple options & was very thorough in his explanation. First of all no one wants a rodent problem. Ours is in the attic. We called Critter Stop. Jordan came initially to inspect the situation. On time and very courteous. After an extensive examination inside and out he offered solutions without trying to sell us something we don’t need.

Yesterday Christian and Jacob came for phase one. They set up traps and camera in attic, covered entry areas outside, and sprayed the perimeter. They were excellent in doing all. After working all day they explained what to expect and answered all my questions.

So far I couldn’t be more pleased. A few phases to come with the final one replacing my insulation.

I will post then. So far I have no complaints.

A+ work. We had a Mice problem for weeks and caught around 6-8 babies in traps before we called Critter Stop. After they came, we hadn’t seen a single mouse inside the house. Adrian is very polite and he explained how to handle the rodent situation in my house. He set traps in the attic and crawl space. Adrian would check the traps every week. A few weeks ago, we heard scratching within one of our walls and called Critter Stop. Adrian and Alex came out, listened to our concerns and did a detailed investigation. It was found that mice had made it into the walls and attic, through some spaces in the bricks. They took care of our mice problem by targeting exterior entry points and setting traps in the attic. Sorry for the delay.
When we called to set up an appointment, Critter Stop was quick to respond and set up a time. Adrian arrived on time for the appointment. He showed me exactly where there were opening for the squirrels to enter. He checked the attic for any activity and did not see anything suspicious in the attic. Adrian covered the problem areas and even set up a camera to see if squirrels were coming or going. We were able to see one squirrel try to gain access at one area of concern. After the squirrels were gone a pheromone spray was used to remove any scent remaining from the squirrels. Adrain also matched the paint of the house to paint where he covered the areas. CritterStop inspected the outside and the inside of our house, including the attics, and stopped up all the holes and provided pictures of where the holes were. They returned 4 times until they made sure there were no further signs of mice. They were polite and professional and did an excellent job. They also got rid of a large starling nest that we did not know was in our attic, without charging anything extra. We were very pleased with their service.

Critter Stop was first class in addressing our critter issue. They explained the process and everything went as described and we saw quick results. We had an issue on an exterior finish that I thought did not look right. I sent a picture to Jordan and he immediately called me to let me know they would be coming back as it was not done as it should have been. They corrected immediately and everything looked great. I highly recommend Critter Stop and would use them again but based on the results and future protections probably won’t have to.

Jacob at Critter Stop helped us get a family of raccoons out of our attic. He sealed off all but one access point, then set up motion sensitive cameras to figure out who had invaded our space. Once he saw the raccoons on camera, he set out pheromones, and the mommy raccoon swiftly got her babies/ teenagers out. He then sealed up that last vent with an industrial level cover that hopefully they can't get through again. Raccoons are adorable, but not when they are having a party above our bedroom! After the critters got out, Jacob came back and disinfected the attic. Jacob communicated well and answered questions quickly. Having the cameras really helped with the process. I'm hoping we don't have trouble in the future, but if we do, we will certainly call Critter Stop again.

Every person who has been out to our home has been able to answer specific questions about products, what they are spraying, etc. We had pretty bad bugs (including fire ants and a brown recluse) in our house 2 summers ago and since then their preventive spraying has reliably kept critters out.
