I used Critter Stop over a year ago to get rid of rats in my garage and attic, and I have not had a problem since. Justin came out a few weeks ago for my yearly checkup and did a thorough check around my house and didnt find anything. A few days ago, I heard something chewing in one of my built-in cabinets in my living room, so I called and Justin came back out to check on it. He was great. There was a hole in the cabinet - looked like someone had made it to run cords. Anyway, he put metal mesh in there and sealed it up. Justin is very friendly and professional and took care of the problem. Love Critter Stop!

Having a rodent problem in the attic and in the foundation means we needed a process to remove the existing rodents and prevent a future infestation. Since we actually saw a rat, we called Critter Stop to treat this problem. They gave us a thorough inspection and plan to move forward. Tyler and Zack arrived early and closed up areas of rat ingress on the outside of the house. They set a number of traps in the attic that will be checked regularly. They were both professional and efficient. We are happy with the work so far and look forward to being rat-free.

Very satisfied with work Adrian competed to keep rodents out of attic and under house. An evaluation was completed first, along with pictures showing problem areas, followed by detailed plan to resolve issues. Adrian came back the following week to do the work and setup camera in the attic. After he finished his work he took me on a walk around to show me his work and answer my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will return in two weeks for a follow up inspection of the property.
