Our Service Guarantees

Our pest control customers with recurring treatment plans receive free reservices at no additional charge.

We offer wildlife removal customers Guarantees for 12 months, 3 years, or 10 years, depending on the specific issue and the scope of work chosen. If any covered animal regains entry during this Guarantee period from any of the areas we worked, we will come back out, trap and remove the animal(s), and reseal the new, compromised entry point free of charge.

Structural defects, building material neglect, failure to provide reasonable maintenance on the structure, or sanitation issues may void coverage under our Guarantee. These conditions can create new entry points or attract pests and wildlife, and therefore fall outside the scope of our service responsibility.

Our Project Managers typically provide a two-hour arrival window. For services not requiring interior access, we notify customers of our planned arrival date ahead of time. For full exterior treatment, please keep gates unlocked and pets secured. If you’re dealing with animals in the attic, ensure attic entrances are accessible.
